Collaboration and sponsorship opportunities

Hi, and thank you for reading this. It's odd to have to set out terms for gifting, but that's the world we live in. And these terms are here to hopefully make life easier. If anything doesn't make sense, please contact me directly for clarification. 

This page is specifically for businesses who wish to sponsor posts or collaborate with me, normally through Instagram. 

Rates quoted below are valid for Oct-Dec 2025 and are subject to updates based on recent audience size and interaction. 

1) Gifts (no obligation)

• I’m happy to receive items as gifts only — there’s no obligation for me to post, review, feature, or endorse them.
   
• A gift isn’t a paid collaboration. If I share something, it’s at my sole discretion (timing, styling, captions all mine).
   
• No exclusivity is created by gifts — I may feature other brands at any time.
   
• My postal address is confidential and must not be shared.
   
• Customs/import duties & shipping are the sender’s responsibility.
   
• I can’t guarantee receipt confirmations or unboxings, and I’m not liable for loss/damage in transit.
   
• Non-returnable unless we agree otherwise. I may donate or dispose of gifted items at my discretion.
   

If you were hoping to send me something and have it featured, please don’t worry if you’ve changed your mind after reading this — that’s totally fine! I just like to be clear about everything up front so there are never any awkward expectations.

2) Gift value & transparency

• Please include a note with the product name, and your preferred @handle/hashtag.
   
• Gifts are accepted with no commercial commitment — RRP/value does not change that.
   
• If you plan to send high-value items, please check with me first by DM or email so expectations are clear.
   

3) Paid collaborations (guaranteed mentions/content)
If you’d like guaranteed content, brand tags, or on-camera inclusion, that’s a paid collaboration:

• Reel: £500–£1,000 (depending on specification and creative freedom)
• Post: typically ~half the reel rate
• Story (single or short set): £100–£500
   

All paid work is invoiced and payable in GBP before posting. Final rates depend on complexity, timing, usage rights, and any exclusivity you need.

Adverts where you maintain creative control will command a premium to the rates above. Please discuss with me directly

Please note, gift value does not normally contribute to fees payable. For example, a £1,000 gift does not entitle you to a full collaboration. The fee is payable in addition to the gift. 

4) Content usage & copyright

• You’re welcome to repost my content on Instagram (e.g., via repost/tag features) with clear credit.
   
• Any re-use outside Instagram, posting as your own, or use in ads, websites, or paid media requires a written agreement as part of a paid partnership. Without that, it’s a copyright breach.
   

5) Invoices & sponsorships

• Gifts are not payment for content.
   
• Sponsored posts or guaranteed features are paid, and I’ll invoice in GBP.
   

6) Legal

• These terms are governed by English law, and all participation is at my discretion.
